The BENT TREE MARKET is a unique concept drawing the trend of three different authentic street food concepts. Each concept will be rotated three times a semester. The three concepts are going to be a Mexican concept called CHILACA, Southern BBQ concept called Union BAR-B-QUE, and DHOLIO, a Roman style, deep dish pizza rectangle.
